SMS & Messaging Consent

Program description

SIMMONS CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION LLC uses text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers about estimate requests, appointment and site-visit confirmations, crew arrival windows, schedule or weather changes, project updates, and invoice or payment reminders. This is a customer care and conversational messaging program — not a bulk marketing program.

How you opt in

• Checking the SMS consent box on our contact / quote request form and submitting your mobile number.
• Providing your mobile number verbally or in writing to our office or a crew member and agreeing to receive texts.
• Texting us first at (405) 293-8154.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you may request that we contact you only by phone or email.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Most customers receive approximately 2–6 messages per month, and more during an active job.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. SIMMONS CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION LLC does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply based on your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt in again. You may also call (405) 293-8154 or email info@simmonsconcretema.com to be removed.
